MEIST offers many opportunities for teachers to improve on their skills in delivering lessons to their student cohort.
We provide mentoring to support and encourage teachers to become the educator they want to be.
These opportunities may be in the form of:
- One on one mentoring with a personal mentor in any area of teaching that the mentee requires
- Attending workshops designed to improve the delivery of Science teaching
- Professional Learning workshops for a small group or entire Science faculty
- Assistance in preparation of materials for use in the classroom
MEIST also offers the following:
- Guidance in writing job applications and assistance in preparing for job interviews
- Assistance in course writing
